The first Clubhouse is located 2 min walking distance from the Townhouse. It has amenities such as: • Resort style swimming pool • Kids' Splash Zone • Jacuzzi • lazy river • Waterslides • Fitness center • Sand Volleyball Court • Basketball Court • Ice Cream Shop • Tiki Bar • Mini Golf (*Additional fee*) • Kayak or Canoe (*Additional fee*) THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started (It includes 2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, Soap/Shampoo one set per bathroom, Liquid dish soap, Dishwasher pod, Trash bag - 3, Tea/coffee/coffee basket/condiments packets) HOUSEKEEPING: Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. There is no daily housekeeping service provided. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Daily Valet trash service. Please place the trash in the bin provided near the entrance of property for daily trash pickup services. BBQ GRILL (optional add on) : It has a cost of $89 for the entire stay. The BBQ grill works with gas. Propane and cleaning is included. POOL HEAT (optional add on) : Costs $39 per day after tax, Minimum 2 consecutive days, The pool approximately takes 24 hours to heat up and pool heating must be requested at least 24h in advance. Max pool heat temperature is 93F. Pool does not have jets. Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in extreme cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during such conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
